1. Service Description

Brain 2 is a voice and text capture app that uses AI to organize your thoughts into connected productivity tools like Notion. The service includes voice recording, AI transcription and parsing, and integration with third-party apps.

2. Account

You must sign in with Apple to use Brain 2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. Free Tier & Subscriptions

• Free tier: Unlimited captures on your first day, then 3 captures per week.
• Premium: $4.99/month for unlimited captures, billed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the service
• Exceed reasonable usage that degrades the service for other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

5. Intellectual Property

Your content (voice recordings, text captures, tasks) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you create through Brain 2. We retain ownership of the Brain 2 app, brand, and technology.

6. Third-Party Services

Brain 2 integrates with third-party services (Notion, OpenAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brain 2 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, missed captures, incorrect AI parsing, or issues with third-party integrations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
